Manage how the SuccessionStack marketing website handles your cookie and analytics preferences. Changes apply immediately and are stored on this device.

Analytics

We do not show a cookie banner. Instead, analytics is off by default anywhere that requires opt-in consent, and this page is where it gets switched either way. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie on this device. Like any cookie set on this domain it is sent to our own server with each request, which is how the choice survives a page load — it is not shared with anyone else, and no third party receives it.

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: your consent choice, your consent region, and popup suppression so a dialog you have already dismissed stays dismissed. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — PostHog (page views, clicks, heatmaps and a session replay with form fields masked), Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (cookieless page-view and page-performance measurement), a visit counter so we can recognise a returning visitor, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from. All of it stops when you turn analytics off, and none of it starts until you turn it on if you are somewhere that requires opt-in.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

Nothing in the analytics category runs at all unless you turn it on above — no PostHog, no Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights, no visit counter, no campaign parameters. We would rather collect nothing than interrupt you with a consent dialog to ask. Everywhere else it runs by default and you can switch it off above at any time. Until 16 September 2026 that was only true of PostHog: Vercel's two components were loaded on every page regardless of this setting. They are now behind the same gate as everything else.

What we do NOT use

  • Marketing or advertising cookies.
  • Third-party tracking pixels.
  • Cross-site tracking or data sales of any kind.
